Handyman Services Pricing & Terms

1. Hourly Rates
   • Standard Labor Rate: $50-$100 per hour (1-hour minimum).
   • Specialized Labor (electrical, plumbing): $75-$125 per hour.

1. Fixed-Rate Projects
   • For larger jobs, a fixed project rate may be provided upon request. This will include materials, labor, and other relevant costs.

1. Materials & Supplies
   • Client has the option to supply materials.
   • If provided by the handyman, materials will be billed at cost plus a 15% procurement fee.

1. Travel Fee
   • For locations over 20 miles: $25 travel fee.
   • Additional charges may apply for multiple trips required for project completion.

1. Estimates
   • Initial estimates are $100 for standard work.
   • Detailed consultations may incur a fee of $50, deductible if the project is booked.

1. Payment Terms
   • Payments are due upon completion of service for hourly work.
   • For fixed-rate projects over $250, a 50% deposit is required upfront, with the balance due upon completion.

1. Cancellation & Rescheduling
   • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
   • Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee of $50.

1. Warranties & Guarantees
   • All work and Aedis purchased materials is guaranteed for one year from date of contract.
   • Warranties for materials are subject to manufacturer’s terms.

1. After-Hours & Emergency Rates
   • After-hours (evening) work: +25% of the standard rate.
   • Emergency services (weekends, holidays): +50% of the standard rate.

   • Total: $650-$2,000

1. Demolition & Prep Work
   • Demo & Disposal: $300-$1,000
   • Site Prep (covering floors, etc.): $150-$300
   • Total$450-$1,300

1. Materials
   • Flooring (e.g., hardwood, tile): $1,000-$3,000
   • Wall Treatments (paint, wallpaper): $200-$500
   • Fixtures & Lighting: $300-$1,000
   • Total: $1,500-$4,500

1. Labor
   • Flooring Installation: $1,000-$2,500
   • Electrical Work (if needed): $300-$1,000
   • Plumbing (if applicable): $200-$800
   • Painting: $500-$1,500
   • Total: $2,000-$5,800

1. Finishing Touches
   • Decor & Accessories: $300-$1,000
   • Cleanup & Inspection: $100-$300
   • Total: $400-$1,300
